Such a business park should be encouraged while at the same time protect the environment, guard against the creation of improper or unsuitable structures and uses, maintain property values, insure protection from incompatibility and unsightliness, and attract quality business and industries.
Tenants within West Ten Business Park shall comply with all applicable zoning and restrictive covenants. West Ten Business Park is in the City of Katy and is Zone M. West Ten also has additional uses allowed under the approved Planned Development District. The Planned Development District expands the use allowances and clearly defines the specific zoning for West Ten Business Park.
